I know, this is crazy, three posts in one day! I'm usually lucky if I write one every two weeks or so. I just figured that since I have time, I better do it now. Emma is taking a nap right now and Samuel is in his crib "resting". He no longer takes a morning nap, but he still needs a little quiet time, so he lays in there for 45 minutes. His favorite thing to do as he's "resting" is to throw everything out of his crib- his pillow, blanket, stuffed dog, etc. Speaking of throwing everything out of his crib... Just a couple days ago, Checo put him down for his afternoon nap with a clean diaper and just a t-shirt on (not a onesie, a regular big boy t-shirt). Some of you can imagine where this is going... well, Sammy wasn't falling asleep. We could hear him whining, and talking, and starting to cry. This is unusual becuase he is usually asleep within 10 minutes or so for his afternoon nap. So after about 30 minutes I went in to see what was wrong. On the floor, I saw his blanket, his pillow, his cute little stuffed dog, and his DIAPER. There he was laying in his crib with just a t-shirt on. As soon as I walked in, Sammy said, "da-da" and pointed to himself. That's his way of saying, "I just peed or pooped, mommy, please change my diaper". The good thing was that he only peed- all over the mattress. At least he threw everything else out before he went. I don't have a picture of him in his crib, but here are a couple pictures of him carrying his diaper to the bathroom garbage can. He loves throwing them away when I change him downstairs.

They aren't the best pictures, especially not the last one of Sammy, but it lets you see that he just put his diaper in the garbage.
And here is a picture of Emma. It's just a cute picture of her, nothing to do with the topic of naps and diapers.

They are too precious I can just imagine Sammy greeting you with "da-da" in his sweet little voice. I just wanna squish him!
Emma, you are a darling. And Sammy you are a champ and a genius!
